Mugenga Kirabo Jackie is a dedicated Junior Associate in the Advisory Department
at JByamukama & Co. Advocates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Islamic
University In Uganda (IUIU) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the
Law Development Centre (LDC). Jackie possesses a strong foundation in corporate
and commercial law, with particular expertise in regulatory compliance, tax
advisory, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

Her practice includes advising both local and international clients on investment
structuring, business establishment, risk mitigation, and compliance with Uganda’s
regulatory frameworks. Jackie’s experience covers various sectors, including
financial services, insurance and corporate restructuring, enabling her to deliver
practical and strategic legal solutions tailored to the needs of diverse clients.
